Out of Town Occasions will be those special engagements that would require extensive travel.

All Out of Town Occasions require a 25% deposit to reserve our time together, 50% if I must travel alone to see you and the reservation is being made with less than one week's lead time. I will refund 50% of your deposit if you cancel with more than seven day’s notice, 25% refund if more than 4 days notice and there is no refund if you must cancel within 72 hours of departure. I do apologize for this, but as I would be reserving this time just for us, a cancellation with that little notice might be very inconvenient for me. I understand that your time is also very valuable, and in the extremely unlikely event that I must cancel, you will be refunded 100% of your deposit.

Depending on the destination that you would like me to travel to, the minimum time will vary.
Flight costs and incidentals are to be included for most packages depending on where you'd like me to meet you,
travel time and the amount of lead time I receive, due to the volatility of ticket prices at the last minute.

Please note that all rates are non-negotiable and
that hourly engagements are not available for Out of Town Occasions.
